Robin Dykes is a native Californian and a Del Mar resident since 1999 (except for a four year stint in Silicon Valley). With almost 20 years of sales, marketing and community involvement, Robin is a dynamic and knowledgeable professional committed to delivering exceptional service and results. 

Robin is proud to be a member of M&A (Machoskie & Associates), a team led by Katie Machoskie, an esteemed leader in the industry. Katie has an extensive marketing and public relations background for Fortune 500 companies, the entertainment industry, and many nonprofit organizations, raising over $200 million in donations during her non-profit career. She ranks in the top 1% of Southern California real estate agents, has been named REAL Trends America’s Best Real Estate Agents in 2017-2022, and is a representative of REALM, COMPASS Military Division, and The Private Client Network, a national team of Compass agents selling over $8.4 Billion in 2022. Robin and her husband have two children who grew up in Del Mar and Solana Beach schools. Her son is currently a high school student and her daughter is a UC college student. Robin has served extensively on the PTA School Boards in both Del Mar and Los Altos Hills, and is currently a director on her HOA Board. Her interest in real estate began when she purchased her first home as a single woman at the age of 29. Since then, she has bought and sold homes with her husband and served as designer and supervised their extensive remodeling projects, providing valuable insights into real estate transactions and property renovation. Robin earned a B.A. in English Literature from the University of Colorado and in her spare time, you’ll find her at dog beach or hiking Torrey Pines with friends.
